Golf Outing Raffle Form 2025

Please participate in our annual Golf Outing Raffle  We are asking for your support
and help by buying and selling raffle tickets to family and friends.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND THE DINNER OR PLAY GOLF TO WIN!

The raffles are as follows:
➢ RED tickets are $20 each, 3 for $50 and 7 for $100. The prizes for this raffle include a large screen smart TV, brunch at the Seawane Club for two with Rick and Arlene, and gift baskets (minimum value $200) with restaurant gift cards and assorted merchandise. 

➢ BLUE tickets are $35 each, or 4 for $100, and will be held as a "Choose Your Own Prize" for the following:
1. Four tickets to a Yankee game of your choice (some restrictions apply)
2. Two tickets to the Mets/Phillies game on Tues, August 26th at 7:10pm - 13 rows behind the Mets dugout.
3. Golf Foursome at the Lawrence Yacht & Country Club, including lunch.
4. Four separate $250 gift certificates to the Lawrence Country Club gift shop. (4 winners)
5. Family Fun Package!
6. Golfing equipment
7. Golffzon - 3 month unlimited membership
8. Sushi Dinner for 6 by Rabbi Goren
9. Super Israeli Dinner for 6 by Rabbi Shai

Just indicate on the back of your tickets (whether mailed in advance or submitted on June 9th) which specific prize(s) you want to try to win BY NUMBER.

IMPORTANT! You must return your completed tickets (RED and/or BLUE) to the office.
Remember to  list your prize number on the back of the BLUE tickets before returning them to the office!!
