Temple Avodah observes the holidays of the calendar with excitement, enthusiasm and devotion, guided by our spiritual leader Rabbi Uri Goren and supported by Cantor Sheila Singer.  Each holiday has its own unique characteristics, its own special nature and at Temple Avodah they leave wonderful memories.  From the solemn days of the High Holidays to the joy-filled celebration of Purim, each has its own special place. Click here for more details, photos and videos.  Preparation for the holidays includes the efforts of many congregants to be sure that the day fulfills all of the congregation's needs.  The Religious Services Committee is the guiding force behind these preparations.  For a description of this committee as well as others, click here.
