TATY is Temple Avodah Temple Youth

Temple Avodah offers Youth Group activities for students in grades 5 through 12. Regularly scheduled meetings occur on Wednesdays on an alternating schedule based on grade year. Youth activities also occur after every Junior Congregation. The Youth Group allows students to connect and communicate with one another in a rewarding environment. The Youth Group is known as TATY (Temple Avodah Temple Youth).

TATY participates in many social and educational activities that includes playing games, holding ping-pong tournaments, having tye-dye nights, holding BINGO games, and trips to bowl, skate or enjoy another sporting activity, just to name some of the programs and events held recently. There is an end-year trip, as well as involvement with NFTY (North American Federation of Jewish Youth) and attendance at the Winter and Spring Kallah and Conventions - weekend trips where Jewish teens from across the country meet to learn, grow, and have fun. Together, they participate in functions and activities that build and strengthen the Youth community and that always bring fun and excitement to the group.

Under the leadership and guidance of Youth Advisor
Daniela Presser, TATY members share and enjoy the warmth of friendship and bonding with their fellow students. Anyone interested in learning more about TATY, any of its programs or events, is encouraged to contact the Temple Office and leave a message for Daniela Presser.
